- Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability. We try our best to ensure that the stock is up to date in the inventory. However, in the event a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and provide options for substitution or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or fraud.
- Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days after date of purchase. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders will be shipped on weekends.
- Pricing
- Prices listed on our website are in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase will be the final price you pay, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
- Payment Methods
- All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Google Pay
- For customers residing in Singapore, if you would like to make payment via Paylah! and enjoy items at their booth prices (excluding bundle deals) you may screenshot/write a list of items and email to us at: [email protected] .
Please indicate the preferred mailing (untracked for FLAT items, otherwise tracked mailing). Please read the Shipping tab for more details.
Please also note that items would be on a first-come-first-serve basis and priority would be given to customers who have placed their orders via this website.
- Discounts & Promotions
Discounts or promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. These discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. - Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns/exchanges, cancellations nor refunds. All sales are final.
- Any orders returned (due to wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees etc) will not be shipped out until re-shipment fee has been fulfilled. There will be no refunds for the returned mail should customer no longer want to receive the item.
- Damages
Please take a video of the unpacking process. If the item was damaged, please contact [email protected] with your order number, unpacking video proof and photo proof of the damage.
We will try our best to package the products to protect them as much as possible. However, we are not liable for damages caused by:
- rough handling by postal service / delivery service
- weather

We kindly ask that you respect the rights of the artists by not using, reproducing, or distributing our products and designs without permission.
Here are some examples of what we would appreciate you avoiding:
- Copying, modifying, or reproducing any designs or artwork for personal or commercial purposes without prior consent.
- Reselling our products without written permission from Xenrae’s Serenity or the original creator.

Our store offers fan art and fan made merchandise for sale, inspired by popular characters, shows, and franchises. However, the characters depicted in the fan art and fan made merchandise do not belong to Xenrae’s Serenity nor the owner of Xenrae’s Serenity. These characters remain the property of their respective creators or copyright holders. The fan art and fan made merchandise are sold as a tribute and should not be considered an official product. All fan art and fan made merchandise are created by Xenrae’s Serenity or the owner of Xenrae’s Serenity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original creators of the characters.
- Fair Use of Products
Our products are intended for personal use, and we hope you love them as much as we do! To ensure fairness, we ask that you avoid:
- Reselling our products without an official reseller agreement.
