After checking with the platform host, unfortunately this error may occur due to a mismatch between the customer’s browser data and the live checkout data. 

Steps to take:

  • Clear cache
  • Or change a different browser/device
  • Try using incognito mode


2. Why is there an increase in prices and shipping fees on my online store?

As this is my first time running an online store, I initially underestimated the cost of international shipping, which has turned out to be significantly higher than expected. Additionally, a portion of each sale goes to payment processing fees, which also impacts my earnings.

To maintain the quality and availability of my products, I’ve had to adjust both product and shipping prices. However, if you’re able to visit my physical booths at events, you can enjoy slightly lower prices and save on shipping fees. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support!
