Shipping Information ✿ 


1. Shipping and estimated delivery times

The stated estimated delivery times is based on our local postal service (Singpost) has provided on their website which may be subjected to changes.

Orders will be processed over the weekdays and mailed off on the weekends. 

✿ Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days.

Mailing options:
  • Tracked mailing
  • Untracked mailing (Normal Mail) - (For Singapore customers only)
    Please only select this if your order consists of only flat items such as diecut stickers, sticker sheets, art prints and if you are comfortable with untracked mailing. Please be aware that we will not be liable for any lost mail if you opt for untracked mailing.
  • If your order consists of bulkier items such as washi tapes, memo pads, keychains, jewelry and tote bags, please select the tracked mailing option. Any orders containing such items and with normal mailing selected will not be processed until the mailing fee for tracked mailing has been top-up. We will contact you via email to request for the top up fee via paylah/paynow.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

The costs are according to Singpost suggestions (Asia includes Japan).

** For any international orders containing tote bag:
Please select the tote bag shipping option (tracked). If you have mistakenly selected the wrong one, we will send you a payment link to top up for the shipping fee. Failure to pay the additional shipping fee for 24hours will result in the order not being fulfilled, and we will release the items back into the store inventory.

If your order contains 2 tote bags or more, please do note that we will send an additional payment link to top-up the shipping fee depending on how many more tote bags you ordered as the total weight of the bags would require higher shipping fee.

3. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and taxes (including VAT/GST) may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking (for Tracked orders)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Possible Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship all orders within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing delays
  • Carrier-related issues (strikes, backlogs, etc.)
  • Holidays or peak seasons

In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assist in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
As per Singpost guidelines to observe the following time period of non-reciept for registered service mail items before making an enquiry:
  • Local to Overseas (via Air) - After 18 working days from date of posting.
  • Local to Local - After 7 working days from date of posting.
  • Enquiry must be made within six (6) months from the date of posting.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
